October 16, 2023 - London / New York- The Dot Group (“Dot” or the “Group”), the transformational force in global student living, is pleased to have reached a contractual agreement (the “Agreement”)to acquire the CRM Students Ltd group of companies (“CRM Students”) from CORESTATE Capital Holdings S.A.

The Agreement will see Dot acquire CRM Students, and its subsidiaries, across the UK and Europe, consisting of over 26,000 beds in seven countries and more than 100 properties. The strategic acquisition expands Dot’s combined global footprint into four new European markets: Austria, Italy, Poland and Portugal while substantially expanding its UK footprint.  

CRM Students is a market leading third party student operator with a comprehensive portfolio of properties and bespoke management services. CRM Students has grown organically through the high quality operational management of third party accommodation, and includes the Beyoo brand.
